At Scarlet & Obsidian, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, all sales are final. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, accessories, or personal items once they have left our facility.
However, we will gladly replace or refund an item that arrives:

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@scarletandobsidian.com, and include:

Our team will quickly review and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they begin processing. Please double-check sizes, colors, and address information before checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” Scarlet & Obsidian is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
